Vi søger en innovativ og entusiastisk salgsperson, som ønsker at sætte HUONE på landkortet i København og vil gøre det ved at sikre, at alle vores kunder oplever en professionel service i vores salgsproces.

Du vil få en nøglerolle i at videreudvikle salget af HUONE Copenhagen. Mulighederne er mange, og vi forventer derfor også, at du selv er med til at præge rollen. Du kan tænke kreativt og komme med nye ideer til at dyrke markeder at sælge på.

For at lykkes i jobbet ved du, at det handler om at skabe relationer og sikre et godt samarbejde med kunderne, og vigtigst af alt er du ikke bange for at gribe telefonen for at kontakte nye kunder.

Jobbeskrivelse og ansvarsområder

  • At være ansvarlig for indgående og udgående salgsaktiviteter for et bredt spektrum af kunder ved at udarbejde salgstilbud og tilpassede forslag
  • Skræddersy tilbud til kunderne, aktivt overvåge og rapportere om salg og tilbud
  • Tilrettelægge rundvisninger af HUONE og introducere vores ekstraordinære lokaler for potentielle kunder
  • Sikre opfyldelse af slagsmålene på måneds-, kvartals- og årsbasis
  • Arbejde tæt sammen med eventkoordinatorer og salgschef for at sikre, at kundernes krav kan opfyldes
  • Opretholde en god salgspipeline og handlingsplan via CRM-systemet
  • Bidrage til salgsudvikling gennem møder og brainstorming med teamet

Jobkrav

  • Mindst en uddannelse/diplom eller tilsvarende 2-4 års salgserfaring
  • Gerne erfaring fra MICE-sektoren eller hospitality/events-industrien foretrækkes, men det er ikke et krav, da vi også leder efter den rettepersonlighed og mindset.
  • Kendskab til CRM-software og et rutineret IT kompetence
  • Stærk forretningsforståelse og problemløsningsevner
  • Kan arbejde godt under pres i et miljø med højt tempo
  • Udadvendt personlighed, motiveret og selvstændig person
  • Stærk i skriftlige og mundtlige kommunikation
  • Flydende dansk og engelsk

We are looking for a full-time Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in our Kastrup unit. Will you be our next team member?

The main purpose of the job is to achieve revenue targets by maximizing sales at every opportunity. This will be achieved through prospecting, organizing sales visits, and creating new business. We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic person, who wants to put HUONE on the map of Copenhagen and will do it by making sure all our customers experience a professional service in our sales process.

You will have a key role in further developing the sale of HUONE Copenhagen. The possibilities are many, and we therefore also expect you to help shape the role yourself. You can think creatively and come up with new ideas to cultivate markets to sell into.

To succeed in the job, you know that it is about creating relationships and ensuring good cooperation with clients, and most importantly, you are not afraid to pick up the phone to contact new clients.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for inbound and outbound sales activities for a wide spectrum of customers by preparing sales quotations and customized proposals
  • Tailoring offers to customers, actively monitoring and reporting on sales and offers
  • Organizing visits to the venue and introduce our extraordinary premises to potential customers
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Work closely with event coordinators and operations manager to ensure that client requirements can be met before promising
  • Maintain good sales pipeline and action plan via CRM system
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Handling and responding to customer feedback
  • Contributing to sales development through meetings and brainstorming with the team

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of sales experience
  • Experience the MICE sector or hospitality/events industry preferred, but this is not a requirement as we are also looking for the right mindset
  • Excellent computer skills & quick to adapt new programs (e.g. CRM software)
  • Prominent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing personality, highly motivated, independent individual
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English
