Job Description

As Head of Sales you will be responsible for our commercial growth and results. You will have the unique opportunity to take charge of the commercial strategy and execution in HUONE Copenhagen. You will be reporting to and working very closely with the group’s CEO and CCO to ensure the right commercial strategy to reach our ambitious growth goals. By assuming full responsibility for revenue, you are in charge of the company’s growth trajectory towards becoming the most innovative meeting and events venue in Copenhagen as well as playing a key part in helping your sales team reach their full potential. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for our commercial growth and results
  • Following and reporting KPIs to group management
  • Lead and motivate sales and marketing team to achieve our targets for the profitable growth of the business
  • Maintain and develop relationships with customers together with your sales and marketing team
  • Plan and oversee local marketing activities

Job Requirements

You have an extraordinary work ethic with a high sense of market adoption. You are driven with a clear desire to be the best at what you do. You take responsibility for everything you do and are proactive and responsible in your approach. You are also humble and share our passion. We expect you to:

  • Have 5+ years of experience with an extraordinary track record within B2B sales
  • You are capable of motivating and leading your team by setting expectations and leading by example
  • You are result driven with a strong customer focus
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
  • Your work experience in the MICE industry is a plus but not a must
  • Have worked with and are comfortable with using CRM and invoicing tools
