You should feel secure booking and hosting an event at HUONE. As a result of the coronavirus we have made temporary alterations to our cancellation policy for all new bookings for meeting dates before and until end of March 2022.
Are you planning a meeting, but are worried about how the coronavirus develops? At HUONE you don’t have to worry or be nervous about booking a meeting room! You can cancel or move your event free of charge when you book a room for 2020.
Following cancellation policy for new bookings from now until end of March 2022:
- event cancellation 3 weeks prior to the event over 25 pax: no charges. Our general terms and conditions apply if the event is cancelled less than 1 week.
- event cancellation 7 days prior to the event under 25 pax: no charges. Our general terms and conditions apply if the event is cancelled less than 1 day.
