Full-day and half-day meeting packages
All events are different. Our ready-made packages and pricing for day events are always tailored to suit your event needs. In every event held in HUONE, we are here to take care of Your guests at the reception, room arrangement, meeting amenities, in-house dining as well as technical support during your entire event. The price always includes our service, selected food, and space. All prices are excluding VAT.

*Saturdays all events, regardless of selected space, have a minimum charge of 15.000,- DKK excluding VAT. Sundays have a minimum charge of 20.000,- DKK excluding VAT.
Minimum charge explained with examples
The minimum charge for booking the Ferris Wheel room is 4.500,- DKK per event. With an 8 h Meeting Package with Lunch for 8 persons, your total expenditure is 795,- DKK x 8 pax =6.360,- DKK, which has exceeded the minimum charge. Your event’s total bill is 6.360,- DKK.
In the case that you have an 8 h Meeting Package with Lunch for 4 persons, your total expenditure is 795,- DKK x 4 pax = 3180,- DKK, which is under the minimum charge: the 1.320,- DKK difference will be charged as room rental or you can purchase other products to fill in the gap of 1.320,- DKK. Your event’s total bill is at minimum 4.500,- DKK.

(including the Dining area and Mezzanine lounge). *note that this does not mean that you will have access to all rooms, – only those you have reserved for the event.
