The result of a study done by Skilla will be shared durning the event; the study on the current state and future of assistant and support service work examines how the profession is evolving amid advancements in AI and digitalization. The research also looks at employer perspectives on the profession’s importance, the impact of AI on daily tasks, and opportunities for professional growth in an increasingly digital workplace.
