NG Nordic brought together 35 key team members for an integration workshop at HUONE Kluuvi’s Wave Room on 22 January 2026. The goal of the day was to celebrate the successful results of 2025, explore the key factors behind that success, and reflect on areas for improvement, all to ensure that the lessons learned would carry into 2026.

Why HUONE?
HUONE Kluuvi’s Wave Room matched the needs of the event, as NG Nordic was looking for a suitably sized, flexible space where participants could also work in small groups. The Wave Room provided a strong setting for an interactive program. The central location also made logistics easier, as some participants arrived directly from the airport.
Smooth execution supported the day’s goals
The practical arrangements ran smoothly, and the team was able to respond quickly to changes. For example, the flip charts needed were delivered on short notice, supporting the workshop-style format. The catering was successful, and the central location received positive feedback.
