We recommend arriving at HUONE Kaivopiha by public transport, as the location is right in the centre of Helsinki.
If you are coming by car, the nearest Aimo Park parking hall is connected to Stockmann Department Store, just a short walk from HUONE Kaivopiha’s meeting rooms in Helsinki city centre.
The main entrance to HUONE Kaivopiha is located at the corner of Mannerheimintie and Aleksanterinkatu, directly opposite the Stockmann clock.
On the left side of the entrance, you will find stairs leading down to the basement level, where HUONE Kaivopiha is located.
If you are arriving from the Kaivopiha side (from Kaivokatu and the Central Railway Station direction), you will see Espresso House on your left. Then, turn right and follow the signs leading towards Aleksanterinkatu and the restaurant area.
In the same area, you will also find Restaurant Base Camp, Street Canteen, and Restaurant Fat Lizard.
The nearest metro station is Rautatientori (Central Railway Station).
Follow the Kaivopiha exit B, which takes you directly towards HUONE Kaivopiha’s meeting rooms in Helsinki city centre. You can find the best route using HSL route planner.
Several tram stops are located just a short walk from HUONE Kaivopiha:
Ylioppilastalo (Mannerheimintie) – lines 1, 3, 6, 10
Aleksanterinkatu – lines 4, 5
Central Railway Station (Kaivokatu) – lines 2, 3, 6, 7, 9
All tram stops are only a few minutes’ walk from HUONE Kaivopiha.
The nearest parking hall is Aimo Park Stockmann.
The closest entrance and exit are located on Kalevankatu, with an additional entrance on Ruoholahdenkatu.
At Aimo Park, you can conveniently pay for parking using the Taskuparkki mobile app, or at a payment machine inside the hall.
