Recright wanted their first in-person event to be filled with real conversation, not just another online meeting. They invited over 50 recruitment professionals to HUONE Kluuvi’s Wave Room for an evening of learning, networking, and inspiration. HUONE Kluuvi hosted Recright’s launch event in the Wave Room, bringing together talent acquisition and recruitment professionals. This was Recright’s first in-person event since the pandemic, designed with a clear purpose: to create a space for meaningful conversations, shared learning, and real networking. The kind that simply doesn’t happen in webinars.
At the event, Recright unveiled several major updates: a new product, a new approach to modern recruitment, and the launch of Hiring with Structure, CEO Rasmus Nybergh’s no-nonsense, evidence-based guide to structured screening and better hiring decisions.
A return to in-person learning and networking
After several years of mostly webinars, this launch event marked a meaningful return to in-person events. The goal was not only to present new ideas but also to create space for discussion. Something much more challenging to achieve online.

‘’The most important criteria were space and layout. We needed a room where everyone could be seated comfortably and where group discussions would work naturally. We also wanted a venue that felt warm and cozy rather than too formal, and HUONE had exactly that atmosphere. On top of that, the location in the centre of Helsinki, right next to our office made it the perfect choice.’’ Nybergh explains.
The Human Factor in Hiring
Structured interviewing is about intentional communication, reflection, and conversation, and the format of the evening supported that. As the program transitioned from keynote to group discussions, the room shifted from listening to discussion mode, naturally creating space for learning and exchange.
“We have hosted many webinars, but this topic needs interaction. We wanted people to sit together and talk about this. That doesn’t happen naturally online… Recruitment is broken, and we want to help fix it.”
This wasn’t just a typical launch event. It was a reminder of why being in the same room still matters. Events have the power to inspire, connect, and drive ideas forward.
