When your friends are planning a meeting or event, simply suggest HUONE. If they choose HUONE for their event, you’ll receive a €50 pampering gift card for Spa Namina. And the best part is, for each successful event referral, you’ll earn another gift card!

Don’t forget to remind your friends to mention your name when they make their booking, so we can ensure you receive your well-deserved reward.

Steps

How the Tell-a-Friend Campaign works in practice:

  1. Tell your friend about HUONE’s venues and services.
  2. When your friend requests a quote and makes a reservation, remind them to provide your name and contact information. One can:
    • use the ‘Note’ field in the contact form (below)
    • use the ‘Additional Information’ section in the online booking system
    • mention you when speaking to us on the phone
  3. HUONE will send your friend a quote.
  4. Once your friend confirms the event and the event takes place, HUONE will send you a €50 gift card!

Terms and Conditions

  • The Referral Reward is a €50 gift card for Namina Spa
  • The referral reward gift card will be sent 14-30 days after the event has taken place.
  • The reserved event must be a full-day meeting for a minimum of 6 people or the price equivalent(min. 400€) to the minimum room rental for meetings.
  • You’ll receive a referral reward per booking, so you can earn multiple gift cards for different events. Share the opportunity with as many friends as possible!
  • A referral can also be made to a colleague within the same company
