Often, the business events such as trainings and workshops last more than one day. Well, here is the good news: the new multi-day booking feature is now live on HUONE’s online reservation system(ORS). Here we give you a quick preview, and show how easy it is! Let’s see step by step!
Since the opening of HUONE in 2012, HUONE’s online reservation system has proven to be very popular among our customers. According to Think with Google Trends report 2021, more people are looking to shop wherever, and find solutions for their needs online(whether on a website, app, etc,). The trend has been also apparent for HUONE, as the user base for our Online Reservation System has been growing steadily (currently, approximately 30% of customers’ initial requests come via ORS). The new multi-day booking feature supports HUONE’s mission to provide a #bettermeeting experience for our customers.
1. Choose the dates, time, and the size of the group
2. Choose a room for each day
You can choose between two locations: HUONE Jätkäsaari (Länsisatamankatu 16) and HUONE Kamppi (Malminkatu 30). And simply browse and choose the room for your event. You can either choose the same room for both days OR different rooms to change things up!
3. Choose a package, add-on items for each day
Once you’ve selected a room for the days, you choose the main package and add-on items such as drinks, snacks, or services/programs for each day! You can see the overview of your selection on the right-hand side as you go.
4. Check the details of your selection
After step 3, you will get to have an overview of your selection. Here you can double-check the details before moving on to the next step!
5. Confirm the booking
You can choose from making a Preliminary booking (the rooms are reserved for xx days and your personal event coordinator will be in contact with you shortly), OR you could make payment.
