Frequently Asked Questions

Our packages include everything you need for a successful event: the space, catering, technical equipment, and support from our team. We take care of the arrangements so you can focus on your event.

Start by considering the type and goal of your event. Is it a kick-off, training, meeting, or a celebration? You can explore and compare our packages easily on our website.

In many cases, yes. We can mix elements from different packages and tailor a solution to match your needs.

All our packages include food service as well as coffee and tea. Beverage options (soft drinks and alcoholic drinks) vary by package, and some are available as add-ons.

There is no minimum number of participants for our packages, but a minimum room charge applies.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. However, we can also help arrange events at short notice when needed.

Cancellations and changes must be made by email or phone (on weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00). Changes made by phone will be confirmed by email.

Cancellation policy:

  • 1–10 people: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event; after that, 100% will be charged.

  • 11–40 people: Free cancellation up to 14 days before the event; cancellations 7–14 days before will be charged the minimum room fee; less than 7 days before – 100% charge.

  • 41+ people: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the event; cancellations 21–30 days before will be charged the minimum room fee; less than 21 days before – 100% charge.

The event can be rescheduled once without additional charge, subject to case-by-case approval.

For customised events, the terms will be defined in the offer.

The final number of participants must be confirmed 1–2 weeks before the event (depending on group size). After that, a reduction of up to –10% is allowed until the event day.

Yes. You can add additional services to your event, such as additional catering, entertainment/activities, special technical equipment, or venue decorations. Additional services are priced separately and tailored to your needs.
